Charlie’s Lebanon

The weather is amazing and I’ve had the most wonderful walk in the sunshine at the Isel in Arosa with my pet Nick and best friend Emma .

You know what they say about a best friends. Good friends are like four leafed clovers , hard to find and lucky to have . I have to admit that even though I seem pretty sure of myself I just hate not being with Emma. See I’ve told you my secret , She’s in her favourite spot still sleeping so hopefully Ill have finished this before she wakes up and sees it ! Oooh what’s for dinner at Charlies , Home Hotel , Arosa tonight . Honestly living above the kitchen just means I’m always hungry. Chef had just started grinding the coriander seeds and all spice berries as I dozed off to sleep .He must have made Chicken Shawarma. I dreamt I was in the pine trees in the hills above Beirut . One think that the Lebanon and Switzerland have in common is that the people speak many languages . Here we speak 4 languages but there they speak 3, French , English and Arabic . Time to post this before Emma wakes up and tells me I’m silly .
