Chef had just started grinding the coriander seeds and all spice berries as I dozed off to sleep .He must have made Chicken Shawarma. I dreamt I was in the pine trees in the hills above Beirut . One think that the Lebanon and Switzerland have in common is that the people speak many languages . Here we speak 4 languages but there they speak 3, French , English and Arabic .
