I am a Ratenero Bodeguero from Spain. The Woodward family rescued me when I was a puppy and I’ve lived here ever since with my new best friend Emma. It may not be as warm as in Spain, but Arosa is such a sunny place that it’s simply wonderful. I love going for long walks and then coming home to smell the wonderful aromas from the Home Hotel kitchen. I like to dream of flying to exotic places in my hot air balloon and having the scents sent to me from there. Charlie’s Restaurant in Arosa was my opportunity to take you on this journey. You can experience the sound and smell of popping mustard seeds, cumin and coriander with me as the chef prepares some of my favorite Asian dishes.
